bingo5 Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the bingo5 website accessible at bingo5.net, including all pages, features, games, and services offered therein.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the bingo5 Platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by a User on the bingo5 Platform.
• "Wallet" means the in-platform balance associated with a Player's Account, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, cashback, or other incentives credited to a Player's Account by bingo5.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by the Player via GCash, PayMaya, bank transfer, or other accepted payment methods.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before they become eligible for withdrawal.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body overseeing gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required before processing withdrawals.

By accessing or using the bingo5 Platform in any manner, including but not limited to browsing the website, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, and promotional conditions published on the bingo5 Platform from time to time. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and game-specific or promotional rules, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

bingo5 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To be eligible to register and use the bingo5 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a resident of or physically located in the Philippines at the time of play;
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to you;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of bingo5, nor an immediate family member of such a person;
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by bingo5 or PAGCOR;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party;
• You have not previously had an Account closed or suspended by bingo5 for violations of these Terms.

bingo5 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

To access the full features of the bingo5 Platform, including placing bets and making withdrawals, you must register for an Account. Registration is free of charge.

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one bingo5 Account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.
• KYC Verification: bingo5 is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals. You may be asked to submit a government-issued ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys ID, driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Account Approval: bingo5 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons.

By registering, you confirm that all information provided is truthful and that you meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3 of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bingo5 Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.

• You must notify bingo5 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account or any security breach.
• bingo5 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.
• Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility until you report a security breach to bingo5 support.
• bingo5 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available to enhance Account security.
• You must not access the bingo5 Platform using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage.

All financial transactions on the bingo5 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). bingo5 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods:

• GCash — instant deposit and withdrawal processing;
• PayMaya / Maya — instant deposit and withdrawal processing;
• Bank Transfer — BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank;
• Debit Card — subject to issuing bank processing times.

Minimum Deposit: ₱100. Minimum Withdrawal: ₱500. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply and are subject to your Account verification status and applicable promotional terms.

Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–3 business days following successful KYC verification. bingo5 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be made to payment methods previously used to deposit into the Account.

Currency: All balances, bets, winnings, and transactions are displayed and processed in Philippine Peso. bingo5 does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies.

bingo5 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before they may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement is stated in the specific promotion terms. Unless otherwise specified, the default Wagering Requirement is 30x the bonus amount.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to Wagering Requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino games, bingo, and table games may contribute at a lower rate. Specific contribution rates are published in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus Funds and associated Wagering Requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified in the promotion. Expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time unless expressly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Abuse Prevention: bingo5 reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings if it determines, at its sole discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using low-risk betting strategies to clear wagering requirements, or colluding with other players.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible players only. bingo5 reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its discretion.

All games available on the bingo5 Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

• bingo5 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.
• Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time. The outcome of live games is determined by physical game elements (cards, dice, wheels) and is not subject to RNG.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, bingo5 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the Player's Wallet.
• bingo5 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at incorrect odds or on unavailable markets, and to correct any errors in game outcomes or payouts.
• Players must conduct themselves respectfully in all interactions with bingo5 staff and other players. Abusive, threatening, or offensive behavior may result in Account suspension.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bingo5 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering on behalf of another person;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain — any winnings obtained through exploitation are void;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the bingo5 Platform;
• Using the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

All content on the bingo5 Platform — including but not limited to the bingo5 name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, and software — is the intellectual property of bingo5 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the bingo5 Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of bingo5.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, bingo5 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorized access to your Account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond bingo5's reasonable control;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Any loss resulting from your reliance on information published on the Platform, including game odds, promotional terms, or payout rates.

bingo5's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bingo5 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending;
• Session Time Limits: Set reminders or hard limits on your playing sessions;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the bingo5 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period;
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic pop-up notifications showing your session duration and net gaming activity.

bingo5 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and will close any Account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age, with all funds returned to the verified payment method on file.

bingo5 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bingo5 will notify registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the bingo5 Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable PAGCOR regulations and the relevant provisions of the Civil Code of the Philippines.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the bingo5 Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be submitted to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies in the Philippines having jurisdiction over the matter.

bingo5 operates in compliance with PAGCOR's regulatory framework. Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed by bingo5 may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official complaint channels.
